1. Online / School Enquiry
Parent submits the admission enquiry/application form. Basic student and parent information is collected. -
2. Documents Required
* Student's Birth Certificate
* Aadhaar Card of student,
if available Aadhaar Card of parent/guardian
*Passport-size photographs
*Previous school's Leaving/Transfer Certificate,
where applicable Previous year's marksheet/report card,
for students joining an existing class
* Address/residence proof
* Caste certificate, where applicable
* Disability certificate, where applicable
* Other documents required by the school. -
3. Age / Class Eligibility
Admission to Nursery, KG and Class 1 should follow the age criteria applicable under Maharashtra School Education Department rules for the relevant academic year.
For Classes 2–10, admission is generally considered according to the student's previous class, school records and availability of seats.
The exact age cut-offs should be confirmed with the school for the particular academic year rather than putting fixed ages on the website.

4. Interaction / Assessment
Nursery–KG: Parent/student interaction may be conducted as per school policy.
Classes 1–10: Previous academic record and/or an admission assessment may be considered according to school policy. -
5. Admission Confirmation
Admission is confirmed after document verification and seat availability. Parents complete the required admission formalities and fee payment. The school issues the admission confirmation/receipt. -
6. RTE 25% Admission
Maharashtra's RTE framework provides for 25% admission at the entry level (Class 1 or Pre-School, depending on the school's entry level) for children belonging to disadvantaged groups and weaker sections in eligible unaided schools. Maharashtra's rules define disadvantaged groups to include categories such as SC, ST, DT/NT, OBC, SBC and children with disabilities, while the rules specify an income criterion for the weaker section.
For Wardha district, the Zilla Parishad Education Department also states that RTE 25% admission is conducted online for eligible children in Class 1/Nursery (Pre-KG) in unaided schools. -
7. Required Documents: Birth Certificate, Aadhaar, photographs, previous school records/LC, address proof and applicable category certificates.
Note: Admission is subject to age eligibility, document verification and availability of seats. RTE admissions are governed by applicable Government of Maharashtra rules.
